Shipping Policy

We process and ship all items within 2 business days during standard business hours (Monday–Thursday, 9am–4pm AEDT). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are packed and dispatched on the next available business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking notification email with your carrier's tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Free Delivery Threshold

• Orders $200 and over: FREE standard delivery across Australia

• Orders under $200: $20 flat rate delivery (all Australian states)

Bulky Items & Large Furniture

Large furniture pieces, oversized decor and bulky goods are excluded from our flat rate and free shipping. Due to their size and weight, freight for these items is quoted individually rather than charged at checkout, and is calculated based on:

Product dimensions and weight
Your delivery postcode
Carrier requirements

Once your order is placed, we arrange competitive freight quotes with our couriers and contact you with the exact delivery cost. We then send this through as a separate invoice for your approval. Your item is only dispatched once the freight has been confirmed and paid, so there are never any surprise charges on delivery.

In the event that the freight charge applicable to a particular delivery address is materially higher than would ordinarily be expected, Blaanc will advise the customer prior to dispatch. In such circumstances, and at the customer's election, Blaanc may cancel the order and issue a full refund of the purchase price.
