Shipping and Delivery Policy

Order Dispatch

We process and ship all items within 24 hours during standard business hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are packed and dispatched on the next available business day. You will receive a tracking notification the moment the carrier picks up your items.

Standard Delivery Rates

We keep pricing simple with flat rates across Australia.

  • Orders under $250: $15 flat rate delivery for all Australian states.

  • Orders $250 and over: Free standard delivery.

Bulky Items

Large furniture pieces and bulky goods are excluded from standard flat rates and free shipping. Similar to other major design retailers, shipping for bulky items is calculated based on weight, dimensions, and your delivery postcode. We will always provide a competitive freight quote for your consideration before you complete your purchase.

PO Boxes and Remote Areas

We send parcels via Australia Post or our network of trusted courier services. Generally, we do not deliver to PO Boxes and require a physical street address at checkout. However, if you live in a rural or remote area and a PO Box is your only available delivery address, please contact us before ordering. We will discuss your situation and see what we can do to get your items to you.

Authority to Leave

Standard deliveries may require a signature. If you are not home, the courier may leave a card instructing you to collect the parcel from a local depot. If you grant authority to leave the parcel safely at your premises without a signature, Blaanc is not liable for any lost or stolen goods once the carrier marks the delivery as completed.

Click and Collect

If you are local, click and collect is available directly from our store during regular business hours. Select this option at checkout, and we will contact you the moment your items are ready for pickup.

Issues and Delays

Delivery timeframes are managed by the carriers once your order leaves our hands. If your delivery is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue with the courier and resolve it in accordance with Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
